Facilitate strategic planning sessions to define vision, mission, and values; priorities, goals, and objectives; roles and responsibilities; and action plans.

Design iterative tracking systems, metrics, and implementation plans.
Strategic Communications
Develop messaging tailored to specific audiences and communications channels.
Create educational materials including fact sheets, infographics, press releases, and newsletters.
Turn complex technical information into plain language and visuals.

Community Assessments
Map communities to understand key players, issues, process and implementation issues, and advice.
