Morgan has 20 years of experience working with governments, nonprofits, and private-sector clients on projects of all sizes.

She brings expertise in consensus-building, public engagement, policy advising, and facilitating multi-stakeholder processes.

She has successfully designed and led efficient, productive, and respectful collaboratives with people and communities who represent diverse background and interests to reach common outcomes and objectives. 

Morgan is a member of the Mediation Association of Colorado and is a volunteer mediator with the Colorado 20th Judicial District, City of Boulder Community Mediation and Resolution Center, and Colorado Court Mediation Services.
